Moroccan food is all about patience, spices and sharing. In this private cooking class, a local cook takes you to the market to choose vegetables and spices, then welcomes you into a traditional kitchen to prepare a full Moroccan meal together.
You learn to balance cumin, saffron and ras el hanout, to cook a slow tagine and to make the salads and bread that come with it. Then you sit down to enjoy everything you made, and leave with the recipes to cook it again at home.
